Mobility Case ("we", "us") provides practice management software for immigration consultants. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we process

Account data (name, email, firm details), case data entered by consultants on behalf of their clients, documents uploaded to the platform, and usage data required to operate and secure the service. Consultants act as data controllers for their clients' case data; Mobility Case acts as a data processor.

Where data lives

All data is stored within the European Union. Documents and case records are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited by role-based permissions and row-level security.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@mobilitycase.com. Account deletion permanently removes your data within 30 days.
