These terms govern your use of Mobility Case, the practice management platform for immigration consultants. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

Mobility Case provides case management, document storage, client communication, and AI-assisted analysis tools. AI-generated output is assistive material for qualified professionals — it is not legal advice, and you remain responsible for all advice given to your clients.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT.

Your data

You retain ownership of all case data and documents you store on the platform. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other firms' data, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
